Hi Juliana,
My husband and I watched Inspired to Ride last night. It was one of those experiences where you get lost in the story; you feel like you’re living it. We loved every minute of it. We didn’t realize that the ultracycling community and the world had lost Mike until after we had finished watching. What an amazing man, an amazing soul, a life well-lived. The world will be less without him in it. Thank you for allowing the crew to film your race, and for sharing your experience. I picked up biking in my 40s and the toughest ride I’ve done is a century ride along Maine’s flat, but beautiful, southern coastline. That was as challenging as it will get for me. It felt like such a privilege to get an inside view into the strength, resolve, and overall “badass-ness” of an ultracycler. Keep well!

As a cyclist, and as a just plain old human being, my hat is off to you, and my heart is with you.
